Description
Vaccinium Macrocarpon Seed Oil is a yellow-green oil derived from Cranberry seeds. Like other emollient plant oils, it is rich in beneficial fatty acids. It contains a very balanced 1:1 ratio of skin-repairing anti-inflammatory omega-3 (linolenic acid) and omega-6 (linoleic acid) at 30 to 38 percent, along with a notable amount of skin-nourishing omega-9 (oleic acid). It also has a high vitamin E content and significant antioxidant properties. Beyond serving as an excellent emollient plant oil, research has shown that cranberry oil also has healing properties for the skin.
