Description
Additional information
Coffee is the second most traded commodity globally after petroleum, according to the International Coffee Organization (ICO).
Aroma differences between Arabica and Robusta varieties are significant for perfumery: Robusta offers more intense woody and earthy notes, whereas Arabica features more subtle, fruity, and sweet nuances.
The historical use of coffee in perfumery dates back to the 17th century, when its aroma began to be appreciated in European courts alongside its spread as a beverage.
