Night fragrance: Tuberose blooms mainly at night and its scent becomes stronger after sunset, which is why it is often called the "queen of the night" in the world of perfumery.
In many cultures, particularly in India and Mexico, tuberose holds symbolic significance in wedding ceremonies and is considered a symbol of purity and sensuality.
The scientific name Polianthes comes from the Greek words "polys" and "anthos", meaning "many flowers", referring to the numerous blooms produced by each plant.
