Time-honored use: Siberian fir oil has been used for centuries in traditional medicine across Russia and Siberia to help address respiratory issues and muscle aches.
Abies sibirica trees grow in some of the coldest climates on the planet, enduring temperatures down to -50°C in Siberia, which contributes to the concentration of their characteristic aromatic oils in the needles.
In aromatherapy, fir needle oil is considered to help stimulate and revitalize the mind while fostering a sense of grounding and connection to nature.
