Description
Cetearyl Isononanoate is a clear, slightly yellowish oil derived from renewable plant sources such as coconut oil or palm kernel oil. It is widely used in the cosmetics industry as a traditional medium-spreading emollient, known for its beneficial properties. As an ester of cetostearyl alcohol and isononanoic acid, Cetearyl Isononanoate functions exceptionally well as a skin-conditioning agent. It contributes significantly to skin softness and smoothness, improving texture without leaving a greasy feel. In addition, it enhances the spreadability of cosmetic products, making them more pleasant to apply and offering a delightful, silky feel.
