Description
Gluconolactone is a polyhydroxy acid (PHA), often referred to as a next-generation AHA. It delivers benefits similar to AHAs, such as skin smoothing and anti-aging action, but without the irritation. It is ideal for sensitive skin, even skin prone to rosacea, as it is exceptionally gentle. In addition, gluconolactone provides exceptional hydration, helps repair the skin barrier, and possesses antioxidant properties.
