Additional information
It takes approximately 8,000 jasmine flowers to produce just 1 ml of absolute oil, making it one of the most expensive essential oils in the world.
Jasmine flowers are harvested at night when their scent is at its peak. Harvesters often begin their work before dawn to capture the most intense fragrance.
Jasmine has been used in perfumery for centuries across various cultures. In ancient Egypt, China, and India, jasmine was considered a sacred flower and used in religious ceremonies and royal perfumes.
