Description
Allyl hexanoate is an aromatic compound defined by an appealing pineapple and tropical fruit scent that develops into a warm cognac and rum aroma. While allyl hexanoate occurs naturally in mushrooms, pineapples, and potatoes at varying concentrations, perfumers often prefer laboratory production. This approach ensures consistent quality, helps preserve natural resources, and can utilize renewable raw material sources, supporting sustainability in fragrance and cosmetic production.
