Description
Additional information
The name "cajeput" derives from the Malay phrase "kayu putih", which means "white wood" and refers to the tree's characteristic white bark.
In Southeast Asian traditional medicine, cajeput oil has been used for centuries for its therapeutic properties, particularly for relieving muscle aches and respiratory issues.
Cajeput trees have a striking, peeling trunk with multiple layers of thin, papery bark that peels off in strips, creating a unique texture reminiscent of papyrus.
