How it works From points to benefits
Become a member, see exactly how you earn and use your points whenever it suits you.

Become a member
Create a YUMA account. The Note tier activates automatically and we add 50 welcome points to your balance.

Earn points
Earn points from eligible purchases, reviews and activities. Each route states its conditions and reward before you begin.

Use your points
Create a discount coupon from 100 points. As your tier rises, your multiplier increases, as do your sample benefits and, for deliveries within Greece, your shipping benefits.
The four tiers From Note to Symphony
Eligible purchases from the last 12 months count towards upgrades, after returns. Older purchases stop counting, and you keep the highest tier you have reached.

Ways to earn How you earn
Each route has a specific value and conditions, so you know what you will earn before you begin.
50points
Sign up
As soon as your account is created, we add 50 welcome points to your balance.
1–3×points
Orders
On delivered orders, your tier applies a 1× to 3× multiplier to whole euros of eligible products, including VAT and after discounts. Shipping and other fees do not earn points.
Up to 100points
Reviews
A published review earns 50 points. Add a photo or video for another 50, up to 100 points in total.
Bonuspoints
Quizzes and polls
Each active quiz or poll shows its point reward in advance. Take part once and the points are added to your balance.
Questions Common Questions
Does The Scent Journey require a subscription?
No. There is no fee, subscription or minimum purchase. Create an account, automatically start at the Note tier and receive 50 welcome points.
Do my points expire?
Yes, after 12 months without a purchase. Around 30 days before expiry, you will receive a reminder with the exact date. A new purchase before then starts a new 12-month period.
How do I move up a tier?
Your tier is based on completed purchases from the previous 12 months: €80 for Chord, €200 for Composition and €450 for Symphony. The counter is rolling, and your tier upgrades automatically as soon as you reach the next threshold.
What changes when I move up a tier?
Your current tier sets your point multiplier, sample benefits and, for deliveries within Greece, shipping benefits. As you move up, the multiplier increases and those specific benefits improve.
What happens if I fall below the threshold?
You keep the highest tier you have reached. If your eligible purchases over the last 12 months fall below its threshold, your tier and its benefits stay the same.
How do I redeem points?
From 100 points, you can create a discount coupon from your dashboard. Every 100 points is worth €2.50 off. The coupon can be used once and expires one month after it is issued.
