Common questions

How do I use Wax Melts?

Place one piece only in a ceramic wax warmer.
Light an unscented tealight underneath, following the warmer manufacturer's instructions.
Let the wax melt and release its fragrance for up to 3 hours per session.
Extinguish the tealight and let the warmer cool completely before touching or moving it.

Can I remelt the same piece?

Yes. Let the wax cool after up to 3 hours per session, then warm the same piece again next time. Replace it once it still melts but its fragrance has faded.

How do I remove wax from the warmer?

Warm the wax only until it becomes liquid.
Extinguish the tealight and carefully absorb the liquid wax with cotton.
Wipe the warmer dish and let it cool before adding a new piece.

How are Wax Melts different from a scented candle?

Wax Melts do not have their own wick. They require a ceramic wax warmer, and heat releases the fragrance only when you choose to melt a piece. A scented candle combines fragrance with the flame and light of its own wick.

What precautions should I take when using the warmer?

Never leave a lit tealight unattended.
Place the warmer on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from flammable objects and draughts.
Keep it out of reach of children and pets.
Do not touch or move it before it has cooled completely.
Check the warmer for cracks and follow its manufacturer's instructions.
