How do I use Wax Melts?

Place one piece only in a ceramic wax warmer and light the tealight underneath. Keep each session to a maximum of 3 hours. Do not add water and never light the Wax Melt itself because it is not a candle with a wick.

How long does one piece last, and can I remelt it?

In the Snap Bars, each of the 10 pieces provides 6-8 total hours of fragrance across repeated melts of up to 3 hours per session. Let it cool and warm it again until the scent fades. Shaped Wax Melts have their own verified yield on each product page.

How are Wax Melts different from a candle?

A Wax Melt has no wick and is not burned as a candle. It warms in a ceramic wax warmer, letting you use one piece at a time, stop the session when you choose and switch scents without waiting to finish a whole vessel.

What is the wax base made from?

The wax base in the current formulations is 100% plant-based, made from coconut wax and hydrogenated rapeseed wax, and contains no paraffin.

How do I choose a Wax Melt for the moment I want?

Use the mild, medium or intense label first, then choose the character. Powders and florals feel softer, woods add depth, while gourmand profiles bring biscuit, fruit or spice to the front. Always begin with one piece.

Perfect in every way! The packaging is beautiful and clearly handled with care. They even included an extra gift because I wasn’t satisfied with a product from a previous order. I really appreciate it!

Aside from making the house smell wonderful with a soft scent that is not overpowering, the best and most pleasant part is that when the house smells like food after cooking, or even from the fireplace, burning a small piece is enough to clear out the cooking smell and leave only a lovely fragrance. I also got the assorted discovery box and liked almost all of them. Thank you so much, time to place another order.

I ordered on Friday morning and my package arrived within 24 hours! Incredible. True professionals in every sense—from the packaging to the overall quality—even if the performance of some products isn't always what I expected. Regardless, I shop here often, especially when I'm looking for high-quality gifts.

Incredible quality! My whole house smells amazing even the next day, without even having a candle lit. It’s perfectly sweet without being overwhelming, and the cinnamon is a lovely touch. You get so much product too—one piece has lasted me two nights already and the scent hasn't faded at all!
